In my earlier years I obtained my bachelors in phycology with the intention of helping others. It was not until 2022 I decided I needed to change my relationship with food and learn more about nutrition. This led me to complete a master's in nutrition certification program. Through the process I knew in my heart that coaching individuals was where I needed to place all of my experience.
